Freelance Content Creator (part-time and temporary role)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content for use in various media, aimed primarily at our employees within the EMEA region. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively to create content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our communication strategies. We need a versatile generalist who quickly grasps concepts and understands how communications can support the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Further develop the existing basic content strategy and planning
• Develop and produce a variety of content, including social media updates, internal
  articles, campaign content, video scripts, and other content.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to brainstorm and execute
  content ideas that align with our communication goals.
• Conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date, and align
  with the right people to seek feedback and approval.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and consistency.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.
• Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.

 

Preferred qualifications:

• 3-5 years of work experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role in a
  corporate environment
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content principles and best practices.
• Ability to find the right angle to take and the right channel to post for high impact.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Viva Engage).
• Ability to work independently and connect with others.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding that simplicity is often the way to make things clear.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative
  Suite) is a plus.
